Pulsent Labs Inc. Terms of Service

This Agreement is between Pulsent Labs Inc. and the company or person accessing or using Superlog. By signing up, accessing, or using the Product, you accept this Agreement.

Service and acceptable use

Superlog is an AI-native observability platform that monitors applications and investigates and fixes bugs. You are responsible for the content and integrations you connect, and may not use the service unlawfully, to infringe rights, or to interfere with its operation.

Fees and subscriptions

Product tiers and usage-based fees are listed on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled with at least 30 days notice. We may update pricing with advance notice.

General terms

The agreement is governed by Delaware law, with disputes heard in Delaware courts. Pulsent Labs Inc. and the customer each provide the customary intellectual-property indemnities for their respective materials. Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@superlog.sh.
